Clean apartment before moving to new one, abnahmegarantie needed

We are moving and need our apartment to be professionally cleaned to deliver it to the owner clean as per our contract. We sall need a certificate (abnahmegarantie)

Our apartment is 1year old (almost like new) on the 4th floor without lift and is 60m2 in surface. It is a 2.5 room apartment (1 bedroom = 12 m2, 1 small bathroom = 8 m2, 1 living room=25 m2, 1 small balcony = 4 m2, all approximate) It has also 7 windows and new wooden floor (cleaned only with water). No painting needed
