Hi: You can reply in German or call me. In the bathroom, the window frame needs to be replaced as it out of wood. In the bedroom, the wall is all rusty and damp. It also needs to be repainted.

The bedroom is located on the second floor and the bathroom is one the 1st floor. The house does not have any Lift. Both work (the bathroom and the toilet) needs to be done by the same company and at the same time. Therefore, please only give an offer if you can do both work.
