I need to replace a very big double pane window in my living room.

The window is approximately 237cm wide and 260cm High.

I would like a good quality double pane window, and possibly part of the frame.

The window is not broken currently, but the vaccum is broken, and water is in the interior.

access to the window is through the garden. It is on the ground level, but may be difficult with a window that size. A crane may be needed.
