Kitchen renovation

I am looking to buy a new IKEA "METOD" kitchen in our holiday home in Verbier. I will buy the kitchen, deliver it but together the main parts and leave them in the lounge. Then I am looking for someone who comes and take down the existing kitchen (throw it out) repaint or put up tiles, install the kitchen and ensure it is connected well with electricity, water and so on.
