Description du mandat

Renovation of the groundfloor within a single family house. The works includes pulling out the old flooring (carpet) - the old electricity pipes - drilling holes and installing new electricity + sanitaire works (water pipes). Then after ground work, installing new kitchen and bathroom. Then new tiles in bathroom and new wood flooring to put down (parket) in the rest of the flat. Finally painting the walls.

Description de la situation actuelle

The floor was used as an office. It is on the ground floor of an old house. The rest of the house has allready been renovated. On this floor, some ground work / preparation work has to be done to first pull out the humidity of the floor.
