Toilet and shower room to apartment

Description du mandat

To add a toilet and small sink to an apartment. Also to add an en-suite shower room to a large bedroom. The apartment is on the second floor.

Quantités et mesures

The separate toilet is in a space of 145 cm x 125 cm. The ensuite shower room I do not have a measurement for yet, but the bedroom is 21m2

the apartment is in good condition (but old). Where the toilet is to go it is currently at the end of a corridor between the kitchen and zimmer 4 (see attached document). The bedroom (zimmer 1) for the ensuite shower room is next to the current bathroom
