Re-doing small garden in Neuheim

I do not like my current garden (see pictures 1 and 2 of the current messy gardens) and wish to get rid of everything and then to have new plants (like on picture 3 and 4 ). There are 2 small gardens. One is 130cm X 445cm (only half is my part on the picture) and the second is 380cm X 445cm (all my garden).

The gardens are accessible from exterior of the building so my presence is not required to do the work.
