Full apartment cleaning and small painting

Hello, I am moving out of my apartment next week, and need it professionally cleaned for handing it over. I also need a hand over guarantee from the cleaning agency. In addition I am looking for someone who can do a simple paint job to cover small patches where the paint is gone, and fill a couple of drill holes. Best regards
